Some truths about mouth taping.

I keep hearing that mouth tape is the magic fix to all our breathing and sleep issues.

But no-one is talking about when mouth-taping may be the WRONG approach.

– Severe breathing dysfunction
– Sleep apnea
– Deviated septum
– Sinus issues
– Anxiety

These are all conditions which may mean that jumping straight into mouth taping is simply a bad idea.
