Q&A: When To Stop Using A Sleep Sack

Many parents transition their infants into a sleep sack, but they often aren’t sure when to stop using a sleep sack. Sleep sacks are safe, wearable blankets. I often recommends them to my clients, but likely not for the reason most people would suspect.

I believe sleep sacks play a very important role in keeping our toddlers in the crib as long as possible. In this episode, I answer the question of how long I recommends parents continue to put their children in a sleep sack.
