Insomnia insight #263: It’s hard to see the results of an experiment if you are the subject

In this episode we talk about how experimenting in general is not good if you have trouble sleeping. One reason for this is that when the researcher and subject is the same person, and when the outcome depends on the subjects feelings and thoughts, things get very confusing.

Do you have trouble sleeping? Can’t sleep? Have questions about insomnia or sleep? Please leave a comment or send me an email at daniel@insomniainsight.co and I will be happy to share my thoughts as a video or audio reply.
