Insomnia insight #238: An important learning point from preparing for a marathon

What should I do the hour before I go to bed? A very common question that is addressed in this episode. The insight being that it is to late at that point to increase chances of sleep. However, if you start “preparing” early, you can increase your odds of sleeping well.
