Insomnia insight #212: Dissecting Brett’s insomnia that is no more 1/2

Perhaps nothing is more important than to learn from somebody that has completely moved past insomnia. Brett used to wonder if he could ever sleep seven hours again. Now he sleeping excellent because he no longer is monitoring how many hours he gets.
