Insomnia insight #207: Feeling great has huge value. Having big feet or sleeping x hours not so much

In this episode we talk about how sleeping x amount of hours should not be a goal in itself. Rather it is feeling great that we should aim for. And when we no longer compare ourselves to how much others sleep, that aim becomes much more attainable.
