Fall Time Change – How to Avoid Early Wakings

The Fall Time Change of 2022 is upon us. The end of Daylight Saving is often dreaded because the clocks roll back and parents often find themselves with a child who is waking way too early. But, I want to assure you that there’s no need to panic over the fall time change.

I have guided my community through the fall time change with great results. My plan makes it a very quick and painless process – your child will be back on their normal schedule by Monday.

Today I’m sharing how you can help your child smoothly transition to the new time and avoid getting stuck with crazy early wakings.
