Ask Daniel #41: To Zb Zi, Lewis, Alakh, Navinder, Paul, Juro and Alina

Zb Zi is sleeping really well after being willing to face sleeplessness. Lewis is wondering if the lockdown can affect sleep in a major way. Alakh’s sleep has deteriorated after July 2017 when he started preparing for a major exam. What’s happening and what’s the best path back to good sleep? Navinder asks about how spending less time in bed can train the amygdala to be less afraid of sleeplessness? Paul has spent less time in bed but is still having a pesky 4 am awakening. What to do? Juro slept well for a month after discovering the channel but now is back to having trouble sleeping. Alina sleeps at her in laws and is trapped in bed (not wanting to wake anyone up) and not sleepy. What can one do in such circumstances?
