Ask Daniel #33: To Jay, Fei, Toine, Aaron, Omar, Rajesh, Sarah, Malena, Rebecca and Christopher

Could a CPAP machine help Jay sleep straight through the night? Fei has hypnic jerks all the time since corona virus surfaced on the radar. Toine is spending more time in his bedroom due to corona virus isolation, is he developing an unhelpful association? Aaron asks what sleep window works best. So does Omar. Rajesh is always feeling lethargic and only gets 2% deep sleep, what’s going on? Sarah also has hypnic jerks. Malena has a very flexible schedule, is that a good thing? Rebecca has tried everything including doing nothing but hyperarousal is still there. Christopher knows its a mind game, or in other words, thought work.
