Ask Daniel #32: To Daniel, Joseph, Alex, Lea, Malena, Kylie, Ben and Omar

Daniel has hit a patch of sleeping less after doing well for a while. How common is this? Joseph thinks anxiety is causing him to believe he has lymphoma. Alex started having insomnia after mixing drugs and alcohol 7 months ago, did he damage his brain? Lea knows what she should think, but how get your brain to think what you want it to think? Ben is an active teenager and isn’t sleeping like he used to. Kylie has had little sleep for a week but feels good during the day, what’s going on? Omar is sleeping more but also feeling more tired, is this because hyperarousal is fading?

Do you have trouble sleeping? Can’t sleep? Have questions about insomnia or sleep? Please leave a comment or send me an email at daniel@insomniainsight.co and I will be happy to share my thoughts as a video or audio reply.
