Leighton has a relapse and knows exactly what to do – but needs some encouragement! Jaden sleeps well when not having an alarm, but needs to be up at 5 am 2-3 times per week. Holland has 4 kids and needs to sleep well to enjoy her family. Could Vitamin D levels be the reason Rakka doesn’t sleep? Highfill invest wonders what to do with a 2 am, 3 am or 4 am awakening. Ankit has fragmented sleep but no sleep apnea. Elizabeth who slept upside down is struggling after some early success.
