Ask Daniel #15: To Lydel, Ernest, Pooja, Christie, Grace, Tim J, Tim L, Blushbaby & Brent

Lydel wonders how caffeine, which is supposed only to give you temporary insomnia can have kept him sleeping little for 6 months. Ernest has found an article suggesting blue light actually does affect sleep. Christie wonders how to proceed 2 weeks into CBTi. Grace’s sleep is drastically better, but how do bedtime restriction if you don’t know how much you sleep? Tim J wonders if he sleeps more than he perceives. Tim L asks if EEGs are helpful when it comes to insomnia diagnosis or treatment. Blushbaby has lots of wake-sleep transitional events. Brent knows he would feel so much better if he just had one night of restful sleep.
